I express my gratitude for the assistance provided to the elderly residents. Their apartment building lacked essential utilities—electricity and water—for two weeks. Following my request for assistance from the City of Houston, some elderly residents remained in the building without support. I have since provided food and water to the residents and secured additional support from the City of Houston, District E, and the Red Cross in collaboration with the Ziycle Organization. Meals are being prepared for lunch and dinner. Ziycle.org is a 501(c)(3) tax-exempt non-profit organization.
